Mischa With G At Tryon

Equestrian Real Estate

That’s a picture of my daughter, Mischa, and her competition horse- “G”.

Mischa has loved riding horses since her very first lesson. We’ve had a fun journey, starting in Watkinsville, GA, then Saint Simons Island, GA, and now back to Watkinsville. Trail rides, horse clinics, Hunter/Jumper and Equitation competitions are all part of our adventure. We’ve travelled throughout the Southeast for competitions. I grew up riding a Thoroughbred in a field and on trails, jumping over logs, but nothing like what Mischa is capable of. Needless to say, I’ve learned quite a bit about the equestrian world, including horse care, training needs, and facility requirements. These experiences and knowledge allow me to provide extra value for equestrian families in search of suitable land. It also gives me the opportunity to convey the real value in an established horse farm who is ready to move on.

Equestrian real estate is a niche market that requires specialized knowledge and expertise. For horse enthusiasts, finding the perfect property that can accommodate their beloved animals can be a daunting task. This is where a real estate broker who specializes in equestrian real estate advice comes in. Having such a broker provides value to their clients and assists in making the right decision for the client’s equestrian goals.

Cardinal Real Estate Advisors can help clients find properties that meet their specific needs. We understand the unique requirements of horse owners, such as the need for ample space for horses to graze, the presence of nearby trails for riding, and the availability of barns and other equestrian facilities. My personal experiences have given me the knowledge and connections to locate properties that meet these criteria, which save my clients time and effort in their property search.

Additionally, a specialized broker can provide valuable guidance throughout the buying process. We can help the client navigate the complexities of equestrian real estate, such as zoning laws, land use regulations, and other legal considerations. A broker with experience in equestrian real estate can also offer advice on property improvements, such as building additional stalls, constructing arenas or fencing, and other equine-related features that may add value to the property.

Perhaps one of the best assets I can offer is insight into the equestrian community in the area. Through our personal experiences, I am happy to connect clients with local horse trainers, veterinarians, and other professionals who can provide guidance on caring for horses. Additionally, I am able to offer information on local horse shows, competitions, and other events that may be of interest to my clients.

It is also worth noting that having a relationship with a like-minded broker can help clients make good decisions when it comes to buying and selling equestrian real estate. A broker who is passionate about horses and understands the equestrian community can provide valuable insight and guidance. I can offer advice on when to sell a property, how to price it, and how to market it to potential buyers in the equestrian community.

In today’s market, having a real estate broker who has both personal and professional knowledge in equestrian real estate advice provides a valuable service to horse enthusiasts looking to buy or sell property. I enjoy using my knowledge base to save clients time and effort by locating properties that meet their specific needs, offer guidance on the buying process, and provide insight into the local equestrian community. By choosing to work with Cardinal Real Estate Advisors, clients can make informed decisions that will help them achieve their goals in the equestrian real estate market.
